The Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, held on July 29, 2021, approved the amendment of the Articles of Association (amendment of art. 6 and introduction of Art. 6 bis), with a view to introducing a mechanism to increase voting rights, as set forth and permitted by Article 127-quinquies of the Consolidated Finance Act.
On July 29, 2021, the Board of Directors, by virtue of the mandate granted to it by the Shareholders' Meeting of July 29, 2021, adopted the regulations in order to govern the methods of entry, keeping and updating of the Special List in compliance with the applicable regulations and the Articles of Association.
